DELIVERIES
Items that are not available for purchase online are available to delivery to VICTORIA only. Please click the following link to find associated delivery costs to your suburb/town. If you are in Victoria and your postcode/area does not show up, please email us for a quote.

Delivery costs cover 1 full delivery load, not per item ordered. If multiple deliveries are required, multiple delivery costs will be charged.

Our delivery service is covered in house. Only 1 driver is supplied per delivery.
Deliveries will be placed in the nearest undercover area. If you`d like it placed elsewhere, your assistance is required



SHIPPING
Not all items purchased online are in stock. If you need your item urgently, we recommend you contact us to make sure the item is in stock and ready to ship.
Items that are not in stock generally take 2-3 days to arrive.
We use Aust Post to ship items across Australia only. We will only add insurance on your behalf and at your cost.


RETURNS

Cancellation fees apply to all orders/returned goods of 20%

All return must be in their original packaging. Any goods not in original order will not be accepted.
All returns are to be shipped back to us at the buyers expense.

All goods must be inspected for damage before installation. Any goods found with damage after installation will not be accepted. 

All goods must be checked for damage within 7 days. No damaged goods will be accepted after 7 days of delivery or pick up.

Deliveries done by PCC staff will be dropped at nearest undercover area onsite. Any further and assistance is required.
All online orders will be posted on Mondays or Thursdays. Orders may take up to a week from the day of leaving to be received.
If you have ordered the wrong goods/items, or simply changed your mind, we will only authorize a return to be used towards replacement goods/items.
